Dedicated To Uplifting Underserved Communities
Since inception, The Warren and Denyse Mackey Foundation has been dedicated to uplifting underserved communities in New York’s Capital District through strategic investments in education, youth development, and healthcare. From 2021 to 2025 alone, the Foundation awarded over $33,000 in scholarships to African American college students, provided 50 free iPads to college-bound youth, and funded college immersion experiences for more than 250 students.
In healthcare, over 770 individuals received cancer screenings, with 17 lives saved through early detection and 2 hospital referrals for high blood pressure identified during preventative screenings. The Foundation also supported pediatric cardiac and cancer care programs and helped establish one registered organ donor. Through nine weeks of free youth summer camps, four community youth programs, and a 94% reinvestment rate into programs and sustainability, the Foundation continues to honor its mission of equity, access, and lasting impact.
