Community-Wide Reach to all Capital District Churches encouraging hosting a Heart of Hope Wellness Campaign focused on heart, cancer wellness, and the value of organ donation. In partnership with Albany Medical Center, concierge services for free cancer screenings will be made available, with or without insurance,  for breast, skin, colon, and lung.
